West Sac Girls Softball - Spring 2018

2018 Spring Softball Registration

T-Ball $100

8U and up: $150 for 1 player.

$100 each additional player in the same Household.

$50 deposit for volunteer fee per family (to be refunded after a 4 hour volunteer shift at the end of the season)  Credit Card Processing Fee of $5

Registration includes: Team Shirt,  Socks, Visor, Insurance, Team Photo & Trophy.

Payment Plan Paying On-line: You will need to pay 50% of total amount due, remaining 50% will automatically be deducted on 2/1/18. (When checking out, will only charge small amount of actual player registration; you will also be paying volunteer fee ($50) & credit card fee ($5)

Refund Policy:

  • Now - Feb 15th: Can request a 100% refund.
  • Feb 16th - 28th:  You'll be charged/deducted a $25 fee for a refund.
  • March 1st – As of this date, you will not be able to receive a refund at all. By this time, all uniforms have been ordered & fees paid for Insurance & the City.

Registration Fundraiser - Limited Time

We will be having Jamba Juice Discount Cards to sell as a Fundraiser to help families with Registration Costs. Cards costs $10 and they will receive a card for 6) Buy One Get One Free (Value $35).

We earn $4 from each card sold. The $4 raised will go towards your registration costs. Once you collect orders and money, come to a Walk-In Registration to get pickup cards and to get a credit applied to your registration. Please let us know if you are interested!

Note: At this time we can ONLY accept cash or check at the Walk In Registrations. You may now sign-up on-line using a debit or credit card. There is a $5 credit card processing fee.

*Must reside in City of West Sacramento or child attending a WUSD school. Some exceptions may apply if not residing in a Nor Cal league area.
