To report an incident:
IMPORTANT - for an emergency, call 911.
To report an incident, please fill out the West Sac Girls Softball Incident form. For example, fill out an incident report if a player gets hurt or individuals are involved in a verbal or physical altercation.
To report a Safesport violation (like sexual misconduct or abuse), in addition to logging an incident report, please also log it on the Safesport website: https://uscenterforsafesport.org/report-a-concern/
