Registration Fee for 8U and up. Early-bird price: $150 from Nov. 20, 2024 - Dec. 31, 2024. Regular price: $175 from Jan. 1, 2025 - Jan. 20, 2025

Registration Fee for T-Ball: $100 

*Sibling discount of $50 applies to all siblings except the first one.

Refunds: 100% of the cost will be refunded IF requested prior to the purchase of team uniforms.

VOLUNTEER FEE DEPOSIT: $100 per family. Volunteer Deposit to be refunded after 4 documented volunteer hours completed per household. See "Parent Volunteer Requirement and Volunteer Deposit" section in Terms and Conditions for additional information. If a member of your household is in one of the following volunteer positions, your household is exempt from meeting the 4-volunteer hour requirement: Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Scorekeeper, and Board Member. 

Player Evaluations for 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U scheduled TBD weather dependent. Please check back regularly.

Registration Fee Includes: Uniform Shirt, Socks, Insurance, Team Photo & Trophy

Payment Plan: At checkout you will be required to pay the $100 Volunteer Fee and a $6 Credit Card Processing Fee. The remaining registration fee balance will be evenly distributed and automatically deducted on two dates (1/10/25 and 2/20/25).

WSGS 12u Select Team 2025

*Select Team fees are approximately $500 per player.

The total cost is $600 ($500 registration fee plus the refundable $100 volunteer fee). If you select the payment plan and split your payment, you'll pay the $100 volunteer fee today and the $500 registration fee will be split across two automatic payments from your card on file. The first payment of $250 will be paid on 12/31 and the remaining $250 will be paid on 1/31.
