SPRING 2023 REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

Registration Open: Nov. 14th, 2022 - Jan. 20th, 2023

Registration Fee for 8U and Up: Early-bird price of $150 from Nov. 14, 2022 - Dec. 31, 2022 OR regular price of $175 from Jan. 1, 2023 - Jan. 20, 2023

Registration Fee for T-Ball: $100

*Sibling discount of $50 per sibling

VOLUNTEER FEE DEPOSIT: $100 per family. Volunteer Deposit to be refunded after 4 documented volunteer hours completed per household. See "Parent Volunteer Requirement and Volunteer Deposit" section in Terms and Conditions for additional information. If a member of your household is in one of the following volunteer positions, your household is exempt from meeting the 4 volunteer hour requirement: Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Scorekeeper, Division Coordinator, Board Member. 

Player Evaluations for 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U scheduled for February 4th, weather dependent.

Registration Fee Includes: Uniform Shirt, Socks, Insurance, Team Photo & Trophy

Payment Plan: At checkout you will be required to pay the $100 Volunteer Fee and a $6 Credit Card Processing Fee. The remaining registration fee balance will be evenly distributed and automatically deducted on two dates (1/10/23 and 2/20/23).

Financial Assistance: If you are interested in applying for financial assistance, contact registrar@westsacgirlssoftball.com. There are limited funds for financial assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • How can I receive my volunteer fee back?: Volunteer 4 hours during the season, 2 hours must be for a Snackbar shift. If you have the hours completed and documented by the end of the season, you will receive a refund of your volunteer deposit.
  • Can I make payments to the league?: Yes, we are offering a 3-part automatically deducted payment plan. Payment dates are as follows: 1st at time of registration, 2nd on 1/10/23, 3rd on 2/20/23.
  • When does league start?: Practices start the first week of March and finish in the end of May.
  • How do I become a Coach?: Go to the Coaches Page of our website and click the link to fill out a coaches application and our membership coordinator will be in touch with you.
  • What does my registration include?: Registration includes, T-Shirt, Socks, Insurance, Trophy and Team Photo.
  • Uniforms: Uniforms are ordered prior start of season. The size you enter today is what will be ordered for your player. See approximate size chart below. Uniforms run small, order a size larger if unsure.
